Credit Repair Ability: 

Veracity performed basically the same services as the other online credit repair companies did.  They identify and dispute credit reporting errors.  We had decent results with them but it didn't top our list.

Ease of Use: 

Their website was easy to navigate but overall we felt the credit repair process was better explained elsewhere.

Customer Support: 

The customer support staff that we talked to was polite and knowledgeable.  But on more than one occasion we ended up waiting significant lengths of time to get responses.  All-in-all not bad but could be improved.
